Dealism website (the "Site"). We ("we", "us") are committed to protecting the privacy your personally identifiable information. We provide this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") in order to explain our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is used by us. You must agree to this Privacy Policy, in its entirety, including our use of cookies in order to: register an account ("Account") with the Dealism website and Performance Marketing Software network ("Performance Marketing Software") and log in to your Account as member of the website and Performance Marketing Software. Dealism, which includes all of the entities specified below under "The Group" section, including its affiliates (collectively, the "Company"), offers online marketing services, and operates the affiliate marketing campaigns in respect of same (collectively, the "Services"). The Group is deeply committed to safeguard the privacy expectations of its users ("User(s)", "you" or "your"). Accordingly, we have put in place this Privacy Policy, which outlines our data protection practices, including how we collect, use, disclose and protect your Personal Information, as well as your rights with respect to your Personal Information.

2. PRIVACY POLICIES USED IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
When you register for an Account on our platform, we use a password-protected portal to store your personal information, and we will not share your personal information with any third party ("Third Party Agent") as is necessary for the performance of your Account and the Performance Marketing Software network
3. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT?
a. Personally Identifiable Information Collected: We collect personally identifiable information when you register for an Account or otherwise choose to provide personally identifiable information to us. Personally identifiable information is any information that can be used to identify or locate a particular person or entity. Non-Personally Identifiable Information Collected: We may collect certain non-personally identifiable information about you when you visit certain pages of this Site and/or register for an Account on the Affiliate Network, such as the type of browser you are using (e.g., Chrome, Internet Explorer), the type of operating system you are using, (e.g., Windows or Mac OS) and the domain name of your Internet service provider (ISP) and share such information. We use the non-personally identifiable information that we collect to improve the design and content of the Site and to enable us to personalize your Internet experience. The Group will use your Personal Information, such as your name, home address, email address, telephone number etc., ourselves for the purpose of providing you with promotional materials, concerning the Services as well as products, services, websites and applications which relate to: (i) other companies within the Group; (ii) or (ii) the Group’s business partners and affiliates (collectively: "Marketing Affiliates"), which we believe may interest you.
We may also share and disclose Personal Information with our Advertisers as and when needed to verify your promotional methods and publisher commissions. 10. YOUR EMPLOYEE
Your acceptance of the terms of this Privacy Policy, in their entirety, shall extend to your employees. You agree that any of your employees that access your Account or visit the Site under the scope of their employment with you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We endeavour to safeguard and protect our Account holders information. When Account holders submit personally identifiable information to the Affiliate Network, their personally identifiable information is protected both online and offline. When our registration process asks registrants to submit information such as bank account information and/or credit card information (“Sensitive Information”), and when we transmit such Sensitive Information, that Sensitive Information is encrypted and protected.
In compliance with applicable federal and state laws, we shall notify you and any applicable regulatory agencies in the event that we learn of an information security breach with respect to your personally identifiable information. You will be notified via e-mail in the event of such a breach. Please be advised that notice may be delayed in order to address the needs of law enforcement, determine the scope of network damage, and to engage in remedial measures.
